best 15 adds (10 per side for Offense/Defense) so raw volume can't out-rank real quality.
Net is uncapped -- adds minus departures, team-wide (departures includes all
transferred and drafted players). Offense
and Defense repeat that same split -- capped incoming class, then uncapped net
-- so a team can grade out great on additions and still net negative if it lost more than it
gained.
